A blue-white ray of freezing air and ice springs from your hand.
You must succeed on a ranged touch attack with the ray to deal damage to a target. The ray deals 15d6 points of cold damage and encases the target in a block of ice.
The block of ice is 12 inches thick. It has 36 hit points, and hardness 0. The strength DC to burst it is 22. A creature encased in ice is immobilized and cannot make attacks (but it can attempt to burst free as a standard action). The block of ice blocks line of effect, but not line of sight.
Augment: For every additional spell point you spend, the spell’s damage increases by one die (d6), the block gains an additional 3 hit points, and the strength DC to burst it increases by 1.
